I’m principal architect helping the organisations to overcome the gap between business desires and technical solutions advising on short term questions related to IT and business or providing a long-term business-oriented roadmap for IT and its business systems.  My commercial experience in business automation solutions spans across various roles, business areas and platforms. Coming from software development background, Business analysis, Data warehousing,Bank system migration, Enterprise architecture, Solution architecture and team management roles gave me a chance to see business problems from multiple perspectives. What I can help with:

  • Led and architected the implementation of Loan Management systems in various countries and products. Some of the Loan management systems were developed internally some delivered by vendor. Managed and mentored development teams working on system development, integration and migration, facilitated communication with business stakeholders, vendor and other global IT teams as Infosec, NOC, Business Intelligence, Data Science.
  • Created solution architecture with integrations for described solutions.

I used to work in a very small [1-2 developers], but flexible development team with high level of independence and responsibility.  Designed,developed and implemented:
